We loved the house & oceanfront so much we made reservations to return in May 2024!!! This is "our get away" place now. Have rented houses/condos for years NC & SC beaches this works best for us. Thank you so very much for sharing this beautiful home/space with us. Also, close to park so we can take fur baby to play ball and just have fun.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Dayz. Loved watching the dolphins! It was a hot week with afternoon thunderstorms. We've been coming to Topsail/Surf City for 30 years. This is by far the best beach in the Carolinas.

We were blessed that our two grandsons and their families were able to be on this vacay. Lots of special memories were made!

Sammi, our little dog, loved the enclosed yard - the beach not so much.

PERFECT stay

It's hard to find the right words to tell you how PERFECT my four-day stay at your wonderful beachfront home has been. Honestly, I just can't say enough! It provided a much needed getaway for just me and my beagle, Shakespeare (his first time at the beach - he LOVED our long walks!). Thank you for a nice, secured puppy side yard...and for the strong, secure gate on the deck! We spent all our time out on the deck and on long walks (until night time). This was such a special spiritual retreat for me that I hope to come back to Sunny Dayz this time every year - I feel nothing but positive, happy energy here. Immaculately clean and accommodating!! Thank you!

Sunrises and Dolphins

This was 1st time coming to Topsail Island. We LOVE your home and throughly enjoyed our stay. The deck is wonderful and we spent many mornings out there watching the sunrise (love the deck chairs) and dolphins too! Having direct, easy access to the beach is a plus for our bad knees! We really appreciated the nicely setup kitchen, spacious living area and had everything we needed. Even the weather was wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Happy to be back!

We got covid last year and you all graciously let us postpone our week to this year. We are so grateful to you! Just as in 2020, when we stayed here, the house is so perfect for our family, especially our golden boy, Tucker. He loves it at Sunny Dayz! The new addition of the side puppy yard was the best surprise of all! Thank you for doing that. The weather was stunning and a great reminder of God's faithfulness in restoring us to perfect health and bringing us through a rough 2021. We'll be back for sure!!!

Wonderful Vacation at Sunny Dayz

Its our first time to visit, just my husband and I. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and peace and quiet. The beach deck really was a great place to sit back and enjoy the views and relax. The deck high top table and chairs are wonderful! What a cozy home and excellent view of the ocean. Great dog-friendly property

We spent four days here in the early season for a short vacation break. We brought along our youngest golden retriever, who had never been to the beach before. She loved the place at least as much as we did. The ocean side deck is well secured so the dog could be put out there watching people, crashing waves, birds, and of course other dogs while being secure with relatively little supervision. A side gate opens to a stairs that lead to the fully fenced side yard where there's some grass, along with a poop bucket and proper scooper. The house is quiet, so relatively few loud noise disturbed the dog. Our dog had a great time. And so did we despite some pretty chilly weather. All in all, a relaxing few days spent here. Highly recommended.

This home and this trip was so perfect for our family. So very thankful for your home and the peace that it allowed us to have during our stay. The beach is so easy to walk onto. I was able to easily walk out for fun with our 6 year old without having to pack everything. The dog area on the side is amazing. Our pup was very comfortable here. We love the updates and your home was clean and comfortable. This is a very nice beach. Not too crowded. We even got to see a dolphin swimming close to shore! We will definitely be back!

This was our dog's first beach vacation and he has a blast. We also enjoyed ourselves. The Missiles and More Museum was very interesting. One rainy day we went to Wilmington and toured the USS North Carolina, very worthwhile.

Came to this beautiful beach house for our Anniversary. We all give this place a thumbs & paws up! What an amazing, welcoming home! Thank you so much for sharing it with us. It was absolutely liberating to be on the beach and our dog loved running after the birds. Surf City Crab did right by us as always with clams, shrimp, bass, swordfish, and snapper. Couldn't have asked for a better slice of heaven in the middle of our lives at work.
