Turtle Cove 908D - Lucky Enough

An oceanfront unit "Turtle Cove 908D - Lucky Enough" is a three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse located within a private community with direct oceanfront beach access and community pool. Tucked away on South Shore Drive in Surf City, it is an easy walk to shopping, the pier, and restaurants. 

Upon entering unit 908D, you will relish in the recently completed renovations which include a brand new kitchen, new flooring, updated baths and flat screen TVs in living room and all bedrooms. From the front foyer, directly to your left you will find bedroom one with a queen bed and TV. This bedroom conveniently uses the full bathroom located in the hallway. Following the hallway, you will enter the open floor plan living.

Once you have entered the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. A cozy living area is located in front of the kitchen. It has a flat screen TV, a small dining table, and a leather power recline sofa with stunning ocean views. The sliding glass doors provide direct access to the private beachfront deck. This deck has comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. Just a few steps down from the deck and your feet will be in the sand.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite master bathroom with a walk-in shower and large closets located between the bed and the full bathroom. This bedroom also features a private beachfront balcony with stunning views. Bedroom three, located at the other end of the upstairs hallway, features a queen bed, TV and private full bathroom. A laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer is located in the upstairs hallway.

Being just a short walk across the street to the private community pool, "Turtle Cove 908D" is sure to draw you back to Topsail Island year after year!

The pool is open approximately Mid-April to Mid-October, subject to HOA's discretion.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
